Flow Labs was the first project I owned after joining Aither, where I worked as the product design lead to improve user experience and address key usability issues. I onboarded new interns and product designers, created task lists to guide their work, and collaborated closely with the team to meet client needs. I identified and fixed UX inconsistencies, updated the design system with new components, and built interactive prototypes to support development and communication.
